Computer Services

  1. Monitoring and maintenance of critical services, main computer systems, servers, and communications will continue throughout the vacation period.
  2. The computer labs will be closed throughout the vacation.
  3. Before the holiday – Sunday to Tuesday, 29–31.03.2026: the Support Center will be available from 08:00 to 16:00 via WhatsApp at 052-588-6733 and by phone at 02-588-3450.
  4. During Chol HaMoed – urgent issues will be supported on Sunday and Monday, 05–06.04.2026, from 09:00 to 15:00 at the same contact numbers.

Additional Information

During the collective break, the following units will be closed:

  • Maiersdorf House
  • Libraries
  • Talma Shlomo Travel Solutions Ltd.
  • Diesenhaus Travel Agency
  • Office Services: Mail, printing, and Materials Transport
  • Food Services – All restaurants, cafeterias, and kiosks on all University campuses

The Sodexo cafeteria in the University residences on Edmond J. Safra Campus will be open.

HR Department

  • The various faculties, schools, and units will submit to the HR department their lists of on-call duty staff to be contacted in case of emergency. Work hours will not be recognized for those not listed.
  • In the event of the death of a staff member or student during the vacation, please contact Michal Cohen, Head of Marketing and Communications, at 052-720-2797 or via email at michalco@savion.huji.ac.il to arrange for a bereavement notice to be published.
